I like building software that's easy to change.

Products, teams, and businesses evolve. The engineering I enjoy most embraces that: solving today's problems without making tomorrow harder.

Over the last decade I've built systems, led teams, and helped products grow, the last six years at Shadowfax, one of India's largest 3PL logistics platforms, which I joined before the scale and grew with through its IPO. I keep things simple, ship when it matters, and leave systems better than I found them.

I'm still happiest close to the work, writing code, reviewing designs, and helping engineers make good technical decisions.

Lately I've been exploring where AI genuinely helps engineering, not because it's fashionable, but to remove repetitive work and free up time for the problems that need judgment.

The gap between good and great is the last twenty percent, the work most people skip.
02What I Care About
Building for change
The first version is rarely the final one. I enjoy building systems that are easy to understand, easy to evolve, and resilient as products and businesses grow.
Engineering judgment
Technology changes quickly. Good judgment compounds. The interesting part of engineering isn't choosing the newest tool; it's making the right trade-offs with the information you have today.
AI in engineering
I'm interested in AI that quietly improves how engineering gets done. Better tooling, better workflows, less repetitive work. Technology should create more space for thinking, not less.
Teams
The best teams move together. They share ownership, challenge ideas without ego, and care as much about the outcome as the implementation.

Associate Director of Engineering
Leading engineering across the company's core operational platform, covering order lifecycle, operations, partner integrations, and billing. Joined as a developer and grew into engineering leadership while remaining closely involved in architecture, code, and production.

Built backend systems and APIs for one of India's largest online services marketplaces.
